Terms and conditions:

The journalist accreditation fee is PLN 300 (incl. VAT)
The deadline for submitting applications is 31 August 2011.
Accreditation is granted to active professional journalists.
Accreditation will be confirmed by e-mail within 7 days of filling in the application form.
The accreditation fee must be paid no later than 30 September 2011.
Accreditation cards can be collected from the Festival Press Office from 6 October 2009.
Duplicate accreditation cards will not be issued.
Accredited journalists are kindly asked to send copies of their materials on the 6th DIALOG-WROCŁAW Festival to the address of the Festival.
