I. WHEN AND HOW to buy tickets?

1. At Wrocławski Teatr Współczesny box office:

- from 1 to 30 September 2011, Tuesday to Saturday, 12.00-19.00

- from 1 to 6 October 2011, Monday to Saturday, 10.00-19.00

- from 7 to 15 October 2011, every day, 9.00-21.00

Each Festival venue has a different seating capacity, which means that for some performances the number of tickets sold at the box office will be limited or there will be no tickets available.

No discount and industry tickets will be available for booking or purchase in Zone I (for performances of Judith).

 

III. WHAT DISCOUNTS AND FOR WHOM?

1. Individuals entitled to buy reduced price tickets (PLN 35): pensioners, secondary school and university students on presentation of a ID or certificate; representatives of theatre industry (actors, directors, set designers, theatre managers, lecturers at theatre schools and theatre studies departments at universities).

* discount tickets for theatre industry representatives are valid only with ID badges that can be collected from the Teatr Współczesny box office from 1 October 2011

2. “4 Pass” – buying 4 or more tickets at PLN 70 (Zone II) for various performances, you will be entitled to a discount – the price per ticket will be PLN 55; the discount will be made at the final stage of your order. The discount applies, if at least 4 tickets per person are purchased for 4 different performances.

3. “8 Pass” – buying 8 or more tickets at PLN 70 for various performances, you will be entitled to a discount – the price per ticket will be PLN 50; the discount will be made at the final stage of your order. The discount applies, if at least 8 tickets per person are purchased for 8 different performances.

 

IV. HOW TO BOOK?

1. Bookings can be made after logging in and filling in the registration form.

2. The number of tickets to festival performances is limited; in some venues seats are not numbered.

3. In case of problems, please contact the Festival Centre (by e-mail or phone). In every case you should provide your booking number.

4. Thank you for filling in the forms carefully and making well-thought out bookings.

 

V. CAN PURCHASED TICKETS BE RETURNED?

Tickets can be returned, on presentation of a cash register receipt, only if the Festival Organiser cancels a performance, or changes its date or hour.

 

VI. HOW TO BUY AND COLLECT TICKETS?

1. Tickets should be paid for within three days of making the booking. If the booking is made by phone, payment deadline will be established on a case-by-case basis.

2. Tickets can be collected on presentation of an ID, certificate or card authorising its holder to buy a reduced price ticket, and the booking number from 1 September 2011 from the Wrocławski Teatr Współczesny box office (ul. Rzeźnicza 12, Wrocław).

3. Forms of payment:

• bank transfer to the Festival Organiser’s account

• credit card

4. Tickets should be kept for inspection.

 

VII. HOW TO RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR YOUR TICKETS?

VAT invoices are issued on request, provided the Buyer informs the Organiser that he or she wants to receive an invoice, before purchasing the tickets or within 7 days of purchaning the ticket, on presentation of a cash register receipt.

VAT invoices can be collected from the Wrocławski Teatr Współczesny box office from 1 September 2011.

 

NOTE

Latercomers will not be admitted to the auditorium. The ticket is valid only until the peformance begins, as indicated by the hour printed on the ticket. The Organiser reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of ticket sale. The use of photo and video camers as well as mobile phones is strictly forbidden during performances.
