Each Festival venue has a different seating capacity, which means that for some performances the number of tickets sold at the box office will be limited or there will be no tickets available.

No discount and industry tickets will be available for booking or purchase in Zone I (for performances of Judith).

 

III. WHAT DISCOUNTS AND FOR WHOM?

1. Individuals entitled to buy reduced price tickets (PLN 35): pensioners, secondary school and university students on presentation of a ID or certificate; representatives of theatre industry (actors, directors, set designers, theatre managers, lecturers at theatre schools and theatre studies departments at universities).

* discount tickets for theatre industry representatives are valid only with ID badges that can be collected from the Teatr Współczesny box office from 1 October 2011

2. “4 Pass” – buying 4 or more tickets at PLN 70 (Zone II) for various performances, you will be entitled to a discount – the price per ticket will be PLN 55; the discount will be made at the final stage of your order. The discount applies, if at least 4 tickets per person are purchased for 4 different performances.

3. “8 Pass” – buying 8 or more tickets at PLN 70 for various performances, you will be entitled to a discount – the price per ticket will be PLN 50; the discount will be made at the final stage of your order. The discount applies, if at least 8 tickets per person are purchased for 8 different performances.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TICKET SALE

1. The terms and conditions are issued by Wrocławski Teatr Współczesny, ul. Rzeźnicza 12 50-132 Wrocław, Poland, Organiser of events under the Dialog-Wrocław Festival, which takes place between 7 and 15 October 2011 in Wrocław, hereinafter referred to as the ORGANISER.

2. The terms and conditions are addressed to all individuals purchasing tickets via the websitewww.dialogfestival.pl or from the Organiser [Festival Office and Wrocławski Teatr Współczesny box office].

3. The aim of the terms and conditions is to specify how tickets can be bought and collected.

4. By registering on the website and at the box office, the Buyer agrees to have his or her personal data kept and processed by the Organiser for the purpose of processing the order, maintaining the necessary contant with the user and ensuring the proper functioning of the ticket sale system.

5. Personal data are managed by the Organiser.

6. The Buyer’s personal data shall not be transferred to other Parties without his or her knowledge and consent. By making the transfer to the Organiser’s bank account, the Buyer accepts these terms and conditions, and agrees to transfer his or her personal data to the Organiser.

7. The Organiser reserves the right to change the performance date, hour and venue for reasons beyond the Organiser’s control. In such a case the Organiser shall not be liable for compensation or damages to the ticket holder. The ticket cannot be returned and remains valid.

8. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any event during the Festival without prior notice. The Organiser shall not be liable for any compensation or damages to the ticket holder, except for refunding the ticket to the cancelled performance. The money for tickets may be refunded, only if an event is cancelled by the Organiser. The money may be refunded on presentation of a cash register receipt given to the Buyer at purchase. Only undamaged tickets with all identification data may be refunded.

9. Tickets are purchased in accordance with the instruction provided on the website.

10. Tickets that have been booked and purchased online should be collected from the Organiser at the Theatre no later than one hour before the performance begins. When collecting the tickets the Buyer should present a printed copy of the online transaction confirmation.

11. The Organiser has the right to cancel the booking, if:

- the orders placed with the Organiser are not paid for within the specified deadline

- the Buyer provides incorrect or incomplete data

12. The Organiser shall not be liable for any effects of force majeure. Force majeure shall mean any circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control in which relevant obligations cannot be fulfilled or can be regarded as impossible to be fulfilled.

13. The Organiser shall not be liable for actions of third parties the objective of which is to interrupt data transmission during purchase transactions as well as for any actions of the Buyer or third parties the objective of which is unauthorised use of the sale system.

14. The Organiser shall not be liable for the Buyer’s unintentional transfer of the transaction code or the booking number to third parties collecting the tickets. Complaints shall be rejected.

15. The use of photo and video camers as well as mobile phones is strictly forbidden during performances.
