It has been only four years since the last Dialog-Wrocław Festival. In that short time, terrible wars have erupted—one just across our border; hunger still devastates many parts of the world; more and more people roam the globe in search of a place to live; hatred grips entire societies; and young geniuses with vast resources compete to perfect artificial intelligence that may soon colonize us and confine us to ghettos… Is this terrifying reality truly real? Or is it just a simulation—one among millions? 

In this edition of the Festival, we seek to continue the dialogue and ask what, in our time, is important enough to endure. We have invited artists who craft powerful simulations of reality, urging us to reflect on the future.
