The Conversations with the Artists of the 11th International Theatre Festival Dialog–Wrocław

A cherished tradition of the Dialog–Wrocław International Theatre Festival is the post-performance conversations with artists, held every year since the festival’s inception. These discussions will, of course, continue during the 11th edition. This year, however, responding to audience members who were unable to attend in person, the talks will be moved online, making them accessible to everyone both during and after the festival.

Following each performance on the so-called festival “track,” the conversation with the creators will premiere online at midnight on the festival’s official channels and social media, hosted by Tomasz Domagała.

Tomasz Domagała undertook Theatre Studies at Jagiellonian University in Kraków and Acting at the Łódź Film School. An independent theatre and film critic, he publishes on domagalasiekultury.pl.  His work includes reviews, essays, feature articles and interviews with artists such as John Malkovich, Robert Wilson, Édouard Louis, Luk Perceval, and Krystian Lupa. He is a member of the Polish section of the International Association of Theatre Critics (AICT), and in 2025 he received a Ministry of Culture and National Heritage scholarship for theatre. His work has appeared in the Polish and international press, including in France, Latvia and Lithuania. He has served as a selector for the Polish showcase at the Boska Komedia MFT, and as a curator for the FNT in Rzeszów. He has also been a member of the Artistic Committee of Klasyka Żywa, and a selector for the Paszporty Polityki awards, and the Kontakt festival. He writes the #gdziekolwiekwteatrze series for anywhere.pl and collaborates with theatre festivals in Poland and abroad.
