below you will find all the key organizational information that may be useful during the Festival.
1. Festival Office
The Festival Office will be located at Impart Centrum, Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego 19. It will be open from October 12 to October 17, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
2. Tickets
During the Festival, the ticket office will be open according to the following schedule:
- Sunday (October 12) – Impart Centrum from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and one hour before each event at the venue where it takes place.
- Monday (October 13) – Impart Centrum from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and one hour before each event at its venue.
- Tuesday (October 14) – Impart Centrum from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and one hour before each event at its venue.
- Wednesday (October 15) – Impart Centrum from 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and one hour before each event at its venue.
- Thursday (October 16) – Impart Centrum from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and one hour before each event at its venue.
- Friday (October 17) – Impart Centrum from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and one hour before each event at its venue.
- Saturday (October 18) – one hour before each event at the venue where it takes place.
It is also possible to purchase tickets for a specific performance one hour before it begins, at the venue where it takes place. Please note: the ticket office before the performance will not be selling tickets for other shows..
3. Festival Club
During the Festival, we invite you to the Festival Club – a space for post-show conversations. It’s a place for those who wish to share their reflections, listen to others, pause for a moment, and think together about what has just happened on stage.
Some performances leave us with questions, others spark the need for discussion. The Festival Club was created to give space to both.
This year, the Festival Club is hosted by The Gate Restaurant at the Mövenpick Grand Hotel, located near the Festival Center at Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego 100-102. The Club is open daily during the restaurant’s opening hours.
